Aquaponics and Biocomposting Specialist

An FAO consultant focusing on integrated approaches to the efficient use of resources towards sustainable intensification of agriculture and improved livelihoods in rural and urban sectors. His studies at the University of Hawaii, USA and work experience were in integrated aquaculture and agriculture systems, specifically aquaponics, agroecology and organic farming, urban forestry mapping and spatial planning using GIS, biocomposting using black soldier flies to recycle food waste as alternative animal feed, and incorporating sustainable agriculture within the education sector as projectbased learning for young farmers.
